You can confirm the booking of your function by completing the Clifford Park booking form and paying the required deposit.

Clifford Park caters for most dietary requirements. Please make mention of all special dietary requirements with the Catering Manager when finalising details for your function.

Of course you can! All we need is for you to complete a Bar Tab Form which can be obtained from the Catering Manager.

Included in your price person are white linen clothes for the tables, white linen napkins, white lycra chair covers, a six hour room hire (4pm – 10pm) and a tea and coffee station.

You certainly can! You may choose to hire a professional styling team, DYI or use Clifford Park’s preferred supplier – Toowoomba White Weddings & Event Hire. Have a chat to the Catering Manager when booking your function for more information.

You may access the function room on the day before your function with prior approval.

On the day of your function, the room will be unlocked for access from 11am. If you require times outside of 7.30am – 4.00pm to set your space, submit your request to the Catering Manager who will be able to advise if it is possible.

Yes of course you can! A small cakeage fee of $2.50 per person applies which includes the cutting and serving of your cake to your guests.

Fashion and style are always an important part of any day at the races!

There is no particular dress code for our function venues, although dressing up is part of the fun.

Starting times for race meetings vary from week to week depending on daylight savings and the length of the race program.

The official race times for Clifford Park are confirmed by Racing Queensland two days prior to the raceday.
