Jockey’s Celebration Day – Winter Racing: Night Meeting Saturday 1st August

Honouring Racing’s Heroes at National Jockeys Celebration Day
Join us at Clifford Park Racecourse for National Jockeys Celebration Day, a meaningful day of thoroughbred racing in Toowoomba dedicated to recognising the incredible contribution of Australia’s former and current jockeys.
Held nationally at the commencement of the Australian racing season, this special race day commemorates riders who have lost their lives in racing, celebrates the courage and dedication of jockeys across the country, and raises awareness for the vital work of the National Jockeys Trust.
The Trust provides essential support to current and former jockeys, and their families, facing hardship due to serious injury, illness, or loss. Since its establishment, it has assisted more than 480 jockeys and families, with support exceeding $4.5 million.
Experience an afternoon of exciting live horse racing at Clifford Park, while joining the racing community in honouring the athletes whose skill, bravery and passion make our sport possible.
Come trackside, enjoy great food and drinks, and be part of this important day of remembrance, recognition and celebration at Clifford Park Racecourse.
Supported by njt.org.au and racing communities across Australia.
