At Clifford Park, owners are welcomed into an experience designed to feel effortless, considered and genuinely enjoyable, whether it’s your first runner or one of many.

What to Expect
Clifford Park recognises the enormous contribution owners make to the racing industry and the role they play in every race run.
Our focus is on ensuring owners feel welcomed, acknowledged and part of the occasion whenever their horses compete at Clifford Park.
The following Privileges are extended to all listed owners with a runner at Clifford Park meetings:
- Complimentary racecourse admission, making arrival and entry seamless
- Access to designated owner areas, placing you close to the action
- Clear race-day processes and support, with staff on hand throughout the day
- Post-race presentations for winning owners, celebrating the moment with connections

Privileges Overview
Racecourse Admission | Listed owners receive one complimentary admission to the racecourse and Members’ Weetwood Room for themselves and one guest. |
Guest Admission | One (1) complimentary guest ticket |
Extended Guest Access | In the event of four or less listed owners in the racebook, each owner can receive one ticket for themselves and up to three guests, |
Members’ Weetwood Room | Complimentary access for owner and guest |
Race Book | One (1) complimentary race book per listed owner |
Tie-Ups Access | Owners may access the tie-ups area on race day, offering a closer look at their runner and the pre-race atmosphere before heading trackside. Please follow steward and staff directions at all times while in restricted areas. |
Ticket Collection | All tickets and race books collected from the Raceday Office |
Owners may purchase additional tickets to the Members’ Weetwood Room from the raceday office at a cost of $20 per person*
*This Privilege is NOT available on Feature race events.

Winning owners are invited to continue the celebration following their race in the Winning Owners’ Room.
A dedicated space to reflect on the moment and share the success with connections.
Enjoy the Moment…
- Celebrate the win alongside fellow owners, trainers and guests
- View race replays and official race photos
- Receive one (1) complimentary bottle of wine presented to the managing owner
- Purchase additional bottles on the day (pre-payment required for printing)

Get Your Horse Racing...
Race nominations for meetings held at Clifford Park Racecourse are managed through Racing Queensland systems and lodged by your trainer.
What owners need to know:
- Owners do not lodge nominations directly
- Your trainer nominates the horse into suitable races
- You’ll be kept informed once nominations and acceptances are confirmed
How to stay informed:
- Discuss race placement and timing with your trainer
- Track fields, weights and results via Racing Queensland
- Attend raceday at Clifford Park and enjoy the ownership experience
