1. Participation

1.1 Eligibility

To participate in the Rewards Program, you must:

• Be a current financial member of the Toowoomba Turf Club

• Be paid up to date with all membership fees

• Present your valid membership card to staff or designated scanning points within the Venue

• Provide proof of identity if requested, to confirm you are the authorised cardholder

1.2 Card Requirement

If you do not have your membership card with you at the time of purchase, Rewards Program benefits cannot be applied.

2. The Rights

2.1 Use of Rewards

The benefits and rights associated with the Rewards Program (“Rights”) are accessed exclusively through the use of your membership card at approved locations throughout the Venue.

2.2 Personal Licence

TTC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Rewards Program strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Transfer your card or benefits to another person

• Re-sell, lease, rent, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Rights

• Use the Rights for commercial purposes

2.3 Compliance

Your access to the Rewards Program is conditional upon:

• Ongoing compliance with these Terms

• Maintaining financial membership with TTC

If your membership ends for any reason, all Rewards Program benefits (including accrued benefits) are forfeited.

2.4 Changes to the Program

TTC reserves the right to add, amend, suspend or withdraw any part of the Rewards Program at any time, with reasonable written notice.

No compensation or claim may be made in relation to changes, suspension or withdrawal of benefits.

3. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

3.1 Responsibility

You are responsible for the security and use of your membership card. TTC is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible or damaged cards.

3.2 Replacement Cards

If your card is lost or damaged, you may apply for a replacement card. A replacement fee may apply at TTC’s discretion.

3.3 Misuse of Cards

TTC may treat the person presenting a card as the lawful cardholder and will not be liable for providing benefits to an unauthorised user.

TTC reserves the right to refuse or restrict use of any card where fraudulent or unauthorised use is suspected.

4. The Rewards

4.1 Rewards Notifications

TTC will notify members from time to time of applicable rewards and any updates to these Terms.

4.2 Current Rewards

As at the date of these Terms, eligible financial members receive:

• Members’ pricing on drinks across all internal bars at the Venue (excluding external can bars on feature race days)

• 10% discount on meals in the Members’ Weetwood Room and the Bistro

5. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• TTC is not liable for loss or damage resulting from your wrongful, wilful or negligent acts or omissions

• TTC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits

• You release TTC from claims arising from breaches of these Terms

• You indemnify TTC against losses, expenses and liabilities arising from your breach or misconduct

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.

6. General Provisions

• All Rewards Program decisions made by TTC are final

• Membership cards remain the property of TTC at all times

• Cards are not stored-value, credit or charge cards

• Rewards and benefits are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash

• TTC may replace physical cards with alternative technology in the future

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland

• Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts
