Honouring Racing’s Heroes at National Jockeys Celebration Day

Join us at Clifford Park Racecourse for the 2026 National Jockeys Celebration Day, a special raceday dedicated to recognising the incredible contribution of Australia’s former and current jockeys.

Held annually at the commencement of the Australian racing season, this important day honours riders lost in racing accidents, celebrates the courage and dedication of jockeys across the country, and raises awareness for the vital work of the National Jockeys Trust.

All jockeys and their family members are warmly invited to attend the on-course ceremony prior to Race 1.

The National Jockeys Trust provides essential support to injured and ill jockeys, former riders, and their families. Since its establishment, the Trust has assisted more than 550 jockeys and families, providing over $6.5 million in support.
