CLIFFORD PARK LEE KERNAGHAN TICKETS THE HOTTEST IN TOWN!

THE Lee Kernaghan New Year’s Eve concert at Clifford Park has, so far, far exceeded expectations for ticket sales.

Toowoomba Turf Club Chief Executive Officer Blair Odgers said pre-sale ticket sales for the annual Clifford Park event, were up more than 250 percent than compared with the same time last year.

“There is no doubt Lee Kernaghan and The Wolfe Brothers are ticket-sellers, we’re excited to host them at Clifford Park for New Year’s Eve. We’re looking forward to seeing plenty of locals and guests from right around southeast and western Queensland,” Mr Odgers said.

The concert will take place on Clifford Park’s front lawn space after the regular twilight local racing on Saturday night – The Wolfe Brothers from 9.30pm and Kernaghan from 10.30pm to perform the countdown to 2017.

Mr Odgers said TTC staff were closely tracking weather conditions for Saturday, with hot and mostly day-time conditions and light northerly winds in the evening.

“The weather looks great, the track is in A1 condition for racing and a double-bill of The Wolfe Brothers and Lee Kernaghan – all the right ingredients for a cracking good New Year’s Eve celebration,” Mr Odgers said.

Kernaghan’s show is sponsored by Rob and Annabelle Raff, of Raff Group Clifton, Pittsworth and Millmerran, who are celebrating 20 years of business across the region.

Tickets are $50 and are still available online at www.cliffordpark.com.au and will also be available for purchase at the gate on the night.
