TOOWOOMBA Hospital Foundation has been chosen as charity partner for Weetwood’s 2018 Pin & Win promotion.

With the countdown to the 2018 Audi Centre Toowoomba Weetwood well and truly on, Toowoomba Turf Club Chief Executive Officer Blair Odgers said the partnership was sure to be a winner.

“The team behind the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation is incredible – they are entrenched in the Toowoomba community and Clifford Park is so is excited to partner with them,” Mr Odgers said.

The Weetwood Pin & Win promotion is part of Clifford Park’s community engagement strategy for the club’s biggest race day of the year.

“The Toowoomba Hospital Foundation team will be selling pins in the lead-up to Weetwood – the more pins they sell, the more dollars the THF receives. We encourage everyone to purchase a pin to support this wonderful cause,” Mr Odgers said.

Toowoomba Hospital Foundation Chief Executive Officer Alison Kennedy is excited about this year’s promotion.

“What a fantastic opportunity for the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation to raise some funds. We are very excited to have been chosen and can’t thank Blair and the team at Clifford Park enough.

“We are certainly going to round up the volunteers and roll up the sleeves to get stuck into selling the pins. And with a wonderful prize pool, our punters should be excited also,” Mrs Kennedy said.

Toowoomba Hospital Foundation volunteers will sell the pins at various events surrounding the TTC’s largest race event of the year, including:

• Audi Centre Toowoomba Weetwood Clifford Park Saturday, April 7
The 2018 Pin & Win partnership is the first of the announcements for Clifford Park for the 2018 Audi Centre Toowoomba Weetwood. Other announcements, including the reveal of the 2018 Face Of Weetwood and celebrity appearances, will roll out over the next few weeks.
